Shipping costs are based on the total price of your order.

BRICK & MORTAR RETURNS:

Full price items are eligible for Store Credit.
No Exceptions. Jewelry, Accessories and Sale Purchases are FINAL SALE.
Returns must be made within 5 days of purchase. All tags must be intact and the item unworn and unused. If there are any signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of delivery date by emailing hello@mdrattell.com to obtain a Return Authorization #. Items returned without this RA# will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the client at customer's expense.

Please try on shoes in a protected area, as we cannot accept any returns with scuff marks on the soles.

Full price items are eligible for Store Credit or Exchanges only. JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES and
SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

All discounted merchandise is Final Sale:

HOW TO START A RETURN:

Please email hello@mdrattell.com to request a Return Authorization # and write this on the box (a box without RA# clearly indicated on the box will be refused). The Return needs to be postmarked and sent back to us within 5 days of first delivery attempt. Items shipped back after 5 days will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please take care in re-boxing your order, as the Customer is responsible for any damages incurred in the return shipping process. Please consider using insurance and tracking; we are not responsible for loss or damages in transit. We are not responsible for items left on our doorstep when we are closed, please choose a signature required service.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Please note that once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as the credit charge is automatically processed.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PROMOTIONS:

m.DRATTELL is unable to provide price matching, as we price our merchandise based on the brand’s suggestion.

RIGHT TO REFUSE WORN ITEMS:

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn or show signs of wear. All tags must be attached. We do not accept returns on items with any dirt, debris, or residue on them, this is a strict and firm policy. Items returned with lots of pet hair on them will not be accepted or have a cleaning fee applied. Items may not be purchased to be worn for an event, photoshoot, or film and then returned. We are a small shop and not a rental business.

WHY WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS:

We want to take a minute to explain why we do not offer refunds, as we know this is a point of confusion and we appreciate this. The main reason for this is how credit card companies process refunds. For each order placed, the payment is captured and a credit card fee (which can vary between 2-4%+$.30). If we were to refund that amount, that fee is not returned to the merchant, though the customer will receive a full refund, the merchant is penalized and does not get the fee back from the credit card company. While it may seem like a small amount, it adds up over a year!
Another reason we do not offer refunds is that once an item leaves our store and is gone for a period, if returned, it becomes harder to sell. Many of our sales occur within the first few days of new product launches, and if we are out of stock, customers may buy elsewhere or lose interest. By offering store credit, we encourage customers to purchase with the intent to keep the item rather than buying multiple items for home try-ons.
